Didn't this used to be around 10 acres, the land went past that fence and up onto that rocky hill, there are/were benches up there?

Possibly, but that would have been before 1991, that is the date on the subdivision plan, VIP52651

This serenity of this property comes through in still photos and video. We already live on Salt Spring. I'd love a property like this.We were going to build a rammed earth home initially and I'm sure I'll forever regret choosing otherwise. I would live on this property in a heartbeat. I would even keep up the morning swim, Meror!
