This was a great song with rhythm but you did not need to Blaspheme Catholic Nuns in the video. That ruined it. You could have added a Rock A Billy Piano solo instead. The music was good enough but the Blasphemy was a complete turn off. Thumbs Down.

Only just come across this version. I've been a fan of the Shadows (with a brief spell in my early 20s when I was 'too cool') since age 10 in 1961. The first rock and roll song I remember on the radio was this, by Guy Mitchell. Then I began buying 45s with the first being Wonderful Land, then most of the Shads' singles and albums followed. I've not timed it but I reckon they slowed this down a bit from the original, which is very effective, if done right, in making it rock more. Great version.

Only just found this video. Adore him! Such rhythm and presence. If only he'd sucked up to the establishment like Mick Jagger did, he'd probably be as successful as he was. Certainly much better looking and much better voice.
