Thank you for watching my video. The dust won't fall down because the nozzle will create a stopper for dust. please check the design for further clarification.

i believe using worm gear in that box is better for power distrubition if you are not using differential gear.

I tried it. but the 3d printed walls are unbale to hold that side-ways push in small sizes gears with 2 to 5 layers thickness. and the friction is also very high in 3d printed surface.

@ I didn’t have issue with side way push. But friction is high that is true which decreases the run time.

What happens if we directly power the positive and negative from the battery and power the solenoid on h4 negative and high beam . Will it not work ?

it will probably work but you have to source a new relay system with auxiliary switch which is a much more complex task and to make the solenoid operational you have to keep the stock headlight switch also on. in my opinion technically too raw....

First of all , thank you so much for subscribing to my channel. My inventory of tools is very large as i am a hardcore DIY enthusiast. but you can finish this work using a 3d printer, and some basic tools like hammer, file, plier etc.
