Honestly tierlist in any games is just an illusion, is just a chart for META nerds Especially Fighting game. is not a game about using best characters, its not like RPG where you can just simply min max and win by stats Still depends on the fighting game which one has a pretty rewarding parry system

there is no charge partition in this combo, if you mean the s.mp into ex headbut thats done by charging, going neutral for a split second and pressing s.mp then immidietly going to up and 3x punch, it just requires fast timing
