Stephanie is a great singer featured on many records with her vocals either as lead or vocal backings.

I have a copy of this single and I’ve noticed one sold on Discogs recently for a lot of money - any idea why it’s worth so much now?

2000 copies of this record were pressed on Automotive Records label out of Detroit. It was distributed out of the trunk of a car owned by one of the execs. Automotive Records was owned by the people who published Goldmine Magazine at the time in 1980. I remember writing this song in the backyard of my mother's home. Our dog laying in the grass next to me. Like so many great rock songs, it sounds happy, but the words are the opposite.

Is this the regular 7'' version? I got the repress on You Are The Cosmos and it seems that this version here is slightly faster.

Did Gram and Papa Nez have the same Nudie hat? That would be funny. Nez mentioned the Fist National Band sharing the bill with the FBB once. The way he told it the FBB were less than complimentary towards the First National Band. That is a shame because I love them both.

I think this picture was from an article in an LA magazine about Nudie Cohn and that Nudie called in Gram to pose for pictures with him. The hat was likely Michael's. ? borrowed back or not delivered yet. My best guess.

@@margaretross9150 Thanks for the info! Do you know anything about the article? What magazine, who wrote it?
@margaretross91509 ай бұрын
@@1978garfield Don't know what LA magazine it was, but a lot of the glam pictures of Gram and Nudie are from that article. I never saw the article, just read about why these pictures were taken.
