Mocrowave oven! No!!! You know this is old when someone recommends nuking your food that destroys all the nutrients and vitamins! So much for that Vit A because you wanted to cut it more easily and speed it up…

Buffalo grass managed at an intensive level I agree 100 percent as a turf professional. I have several cultivars of warm season grass here at my office that I manage. I have no data to support buffalo's' drought resistance,(seems to be a marketing phrase) common Bermuda has out performed it during seasons of drought year after year. We have also found that Army worms love it! Over fescue, KBG, Kentucky 31, and hybrid Bermuda's both Astro, and land run Sustainable turf grass seems to due better in with several cultivars together. Mono culture was not the intention for the health of the soil. The challenges with Buffalo grass are that it does not increase in density, nor does it like to be cut at a height that most home owners would like or even country folk don't like to find the snakes next to the house. Some clients have found the seed heads to be an eye sore, or it bugs them. I have found that it seems to do a bit better cut at heights above 3.5 inches if not higher and not cut frequently. Also not cutting in the high sun hours, as it tends to shock the grass and holds mowing tire marks for several weeks during what would be a normal Oklahoma summer The old country blue stem beat all my cultivars. Great content! Thank you for your dedication to helping us all have a more sustainable lawn.

I live in the woods so I don't think there's much control I can do. 3 twigs have been chewed off a persimmon tree I found. It's the only one I've seen so far that has produced a healthy amount of fruit. All the others are either male or they are just not producing. Some I've only seen just a couple. But I wish I knew to get rid of the twigs. The first one I found I just collected the fruit for seed and tossed the trig down the road. We've had a lot of wind lately so I'm sure it's gone by now. I'm glad I watched this video though cause now I know how to look for them. I read to split it to see but I hadn't read up on these beetles enough and I assume they were laying their eggs in the end. Now I know better. Thanks for the video.

There's a show on MGM+ called FROM. The Bottle Trees in the show hold significance and the series fans are trying to figure out what that is. Thanks for telling us how different communities in America use the bottle tree. In the show, there is one bottle tree with random years written on paper, stuffed in each bottle. Each tree has a hole, large enough for an adult to fit through, and if you step into the bottle tree it takes them to different random places.

Thankyou for this video. It’s very informative and helpful. I bought and planted green mountain boxwoods and they told me at my nursery to wrap them to protect from winter winds or blizzard. Wanted to be sure I was doing it correctly. Thankyou will be following for more helpful information.

This information is a bit dated. Filling the cavities will trap the moisture and bacteria into the tree causing it to decay faster.

She is inconsistent with what she says. She is dongerous for your plants. In clay soil we do not bury the bal of the plant at all. The plant is not perpendicular , it is not stable she must put a stick to support it.

34 years later and still relevant. Learned some new things. I have had limited success with "short-day" onions which is what I read was needed for OK. Ray said long-day and intermediate day onions work better. I will give those a try.
