One of the best pieces of advice I’ve heard from an artist. All your hard work and dedication are reflected in your paintings which are stunning. I’ve had a very difficult year and like you my sketchbook has been a wonderful alternative and I’ve learnt so much from just observing my surroundings. Thank you so much for inspiring us all.

Luv his studio space!!! So much great natural light! It was great to hear that he takes his time getting started when he enters his studio. I'm the same way. I have to go through sort of a ritual of sitting for a while or doing internet searches before I jump into whatever's on my easels, drawing tables or my textile studios... Unless I'm on some serious on fire deadline or extremely impassioned about some work, I have to time an 45 to 90 minutes before I start working. I just dig his who setup, style and processes...

Been looking at your paintings online. I am physically moved by the simplicity and colours. They are amongst the most beautiful objects I have ever seen… and thats just in photos. Just come back from the Lizard last week but will try and get to an exhibition.

Hi, I really love your work and your videos which I have followed for quite awhile. I enjoy the different mediums you paint in as well. I can't wait to see what you do with your charcoal project this winter. I am finding charcoal to be my medium, but I am a beginner and am excited to see what you do. Thank You Andrew

Oddly enough my ancestors are from areas near here something keeps calling. Several shots of the water are nearly identical of my last residence off the 12th floor in Chicago overlooking the lake at sunrise. We all carry the DNA of those before us. I can’t help but feel they see thru my eyes and wish a visit. Thanks for posting.
