Looks Bland. Salt? Pepper? Why not mix and combine the ranch and cream cheese, then add to the chicken? Add some jalapeno or some herbs? Is the chicken seasoned? Why not 8 hours on low to get it really tender?

You're going to get a decent amount of salt from the ranch seasoning, cheddar and bacon.
