I'm gonna give you 2 pieces of advice that can only and will only help you from here and out into the future. First, I know you didn't use the term here but it's the first piece so I kinda have to include it. Take the term, "retarded" out of your vocabulary. Replace it with "ridiculous" or something similar. Why? Because kids with disabilities only know what that term means because of how it's used in normal conversation, so, when they get called it, it tears them up. You couldn't possibly know how many little babies, as a once a go case manager, I've had to console cause of that term. And, too, you couldn't ask for a better fan than someone with Downs. Knowing you defend them and go out of your way not to contribute to their emotional turmoil in any shape or form can only create a hard-core fan for life. Someone with Down's, for example, just pure heart. The second one, this one is gonna be harder to get on bored with, I know. But, it's still a good one. Stop using the phrase, "God [insert any number of vanities]" unless you qualify them as being relevant to El, the Ugaritic bull deity of the O.T. who deserves such disrespect. If you don't want to use such qualifications then you shouldn't be using Christ's name in vain cause that's who it defaults to. Any master of martial arts always develops spiritually in concert with their physical. However, the Asian populations, for one example, only progress in so far as their comprehension is able to develop from the natural phenomena witnessed in and through the physical universe (i.e. the mimickery of preditory animals and how they move and strike). But, too, that's where they also fail. Believing they are "enlightened" they master only the upper strata of the illusions Buddha set for them. Christ is the only one who broke through those illusions and set the course to true consciousness; Christ Consciousness. So..., anyways, restart on the path of developing mind, body, spirit correctly and use, "Hot-diggity dog it", instead. K, good talk.

And..., blood-brain blockers can damage the receptors to your brain to the point that they are not any longer able to close. This means that any carcinogens that enter your body can go straight into your brain with no obstruction (e.g. brain tumors). I have not researched that science stuff you're taking so make sure you do before you take another one. I mean, stop taking them and find out what their function is, if it sounds close to what I just described, get rid of them. If not, carry on...and sorry for the interruption.
