Nice work but why have those tyres and wheels on a truck like that, should take it off roading that’s what’s cool about having a truck
@gbodyauto4 күн бұрын
@@louisbarningham thanks, sounds fun i do like the slightly lift rugged tire look too, one day im do one, these wheels were temporary, have 24 texas edition with lil more side wall on permanently , but i have always rode 24s & 26 on all my trucks/suvs even through winter, i still treat it like a truck, load up the bed, help people stuck in snow, use tow dolly etc. never had a problem, just a personal look preference really

Sorry i dont but its very simple, push the 2 wire connectors back on the air bag and just push air bag back in place you will hear the clicks and afterwards just pull on it to make sure its seated then reconnect battery and done

I’m having that problem also where i hear that knocking sound and it doesn’t change from cold to hot on my 2010 qx56. If I fix what you showed will the heat work on both sides or will I have to go under glove box to get to the other one?
@gbodyauto2 ай бұрын
@@theodavis157 so the one i showed is for driver side only, you would have to do both since they each have their own assembly

I needed the MPC install steps for my FX50. The harnesses for these usually plug into the BCM in the lower passenger side footwell. You mention it’s under the steering wheel area. Is this correct?
@gbodyauto2 ай бұрын
@@raven1969david right and from what i remember also uses obd plug but they supply the connectors so u can still use it..all the hook up points will be on driver side under lower dash

Hey boss, i have this same dilemma, i purchased an '03 fx35 that came with what seems like seats out of an 06-08... of course the passenger seat is working fine but the drivers seat was left with the 4 pin connector plugged in and the other f/m big connector left unplugged.. my issue is, i have the same exact wiring from the car as in your video, same size and colors.. but these colors do not match the colors coming from this current seat. This seat is definitely an 06-08 because it has the same leather pattern but the controls are on the side and not the top. Your example of the orange & white wire... there is no white wire at all coming from this seat Your example of the dark blue & light blue... I only have 1 shade of blue coming from the seat
@gbodyauto5 ай бұрын
@@roshaunsingh yea thats weird, im not sure on that but i would make sure the ones that do match are put together, you may have to play around with the ones that dont color match see what combination works, it will be time consuming, i wish i had a better solution, all these harnesses really should have been the same since the seats have same functions, just different switch location. Let me know update if you figure it out.

There is 2 pumps on everyone of these. The one you're doing behind the drivers seat is the main one.

Mine is doing the same. What did you figure out?
@gbodyauto Жыл бұрын
So with mine i replaced the actuator but still had the problem, looking further i realized the gear assembly that the actuator mounts to is loose, so it still strips when gears turn, the peices of broken plastic i saw on the floor initially is what holds it firm and from what i see it cant be replaced without tearing middle of dash apart. You can temporarily reach up with your hand and turn the gear with the actuator off and change the temperature, that is what i will have to do until i figure if im going to tear the dash apart.

The titanic has been at the bottom I’ve the ocean for over 100 years and is still in great shape. Chevy still can make a vehicle that doesn’t have rust holes after 6 years. The fix to this issue is to buy a ford.
@peytonstrand Жыл бұрын
Rust is accelerated by exposure to oxygen. Things rust differently submerged bruh. There is little to no oxygen at the titanics depth. Also the thickness is entirely different. I wouldnt call a rotting wreck in great shape.
