When it was called the Aspire Lounge it was great but it has obviously changed its branding to I believe “My Lounge?) and was very poor in my experience in June 2024. I had a 6:20am flight so needed to get in there quickly. It opened 20 minutes late so a queue of unhappy customers had formed. When the staff were asked why, they just ignored the customers questions. After they checked us in, we made our way upstairs to be greeted by mainly empty food stations. There were rolls, cakes, mini dried out omelettes(?) and they eventually brought dried out bacon and beans out and no sausages. The plates were saucer size and a complete joke. I saw approximately 5 young staff members on duty, however, they were more interested in standing around talking to each other than dealing with customers. If there were that many working there was no reason for it to open later than advertised. No longer worth the money in my opinion and will not use it again. Next time I give the “No1 Lounge” a try.

We are really sorry you had this experience. We also attended here in June 2024. And had a flight time of 0555 to Málaga. Our experience was second to none. Infact we have been to many lounges and we classed this as the best one. Fresh food. The staff couldn't do enough. Plenty of seating. The ambience was calming. Maybe it was simply 'one of those days'

There is an a pleasure island which connects 3 hotels together that has a water park. 👌🏻

Amazing tour! Just a questions, do you need to make reservations for all the restaurants? If so, how many days advance or we can reserve once get there?

The only restaurant we had to book for was the Japanese Teppanyaki Table. They also have a walk in a la carte in which you don't need to book. With regards to the rest of the restaurants both Adult and Family sides you just turn up. And go as many times throughout your holiday for an evening meal. If we could make 1 recommendation it would be the French Restaurant. Absolutely delicious. We hope that helps. Please do not hesitate to ask us anything else. Be more then happy to help 👌🏻

You would make the reservation at the concierge at reception. They are so helpful and friendly. The restaurant opens at 5:30pm.

We got our rooms upgraded for free. I believe it's because we came in a group. But there's plenty of upgrades available there.
