Great video, man!!! I'm working on a promo video for a local realtor's website and I'm in desperate need of a Mt. Ashland shot. Would you mind if I took a 4 sec clip from your video?

Saw these two last night in Palo Alto. Stunning.. Amazing harmonies. LIve was ten times better than their net videos. They had an audience of jaded middle age folks raptly bound listening, once or twice practically in tears, when we weren't chortling at their stories. Highest recommendation (and I never make online recommendations.)

It’s a Northumbrian lullaby. The High level ranters did a version as did Kathryn Tickell, both are Northumbrians. I am a mercian educated in Northumbria. More prosaically, I am from Derby and went to uni in Durham. In the original dialect it’s ‘thous ower lang in thy bed’ not ‘thous over lying in thy bed’ as in many American versions. The original form is better.

@@roberthercliffe4783 Thank you for the information. I have a question... Can anyone make their own version and arrangement of this piece? Since it's folk music, I guess there's no copyright infringements... I'm a musician and have created a unique orchestration for this masterpiece.

Hey uncle Shane a few tricks you can do with your karma grip is you can tilt the camera up and down with your hands. The grip automatically turns off the cameras electronic stabilization but the grip only helps stabilize horizontal movement but the cameras stabilization will help with up and down movement so you can turn on the cameras stabilization while the gopros in the grip. The last thing is if you shoot with your right hand it's hard to line up a shot unless you flip the grip upsidedown.

Incredible. Great work Shane. You captured how eerie and ominous this fire was, and continues to be. Also props for strictly following FAA and TFR rules, while using your drone (and editing) to creatively capture what you could. You made the news for the right reasons. The last thing firefighters needed was some jackass pilot thinking the rules didn't apply to them. We saw this with the idiot kids at Eagle Creek, and the thieves who ransacked the fire trucks outside of Brookings.
