There are very few songs i can listen to in order to zone out and relax without being productive - a byproduct of how i was taught to play music - but many of Griffin's songs fall Exactly within that category. Much appreciation for posting on youtube so i can listen even while my phone is on a call w someone. :)

I like to think Griffin was directly talking to the characters Mainly because I like campaign stories that interact with the dungeon master at the very end

"We see Karrie- inconsolable at the unceremonious death of her best friend. She's in her private quarters with her girlfriend Killeon, and her robotic teammate Noelle- neither of whom know exactly what to say. *What do you say..?”*

Listening to this song on its own, without the boys talking over it- you can hear the way certain notes rise, crescendo, and then fizzle out, as if turning into static, and the background melody that keeps repeating in a sort of “extremely compressed mp3”/“full-of-holes” kinda broken way, trying to push through frantically as it’s literally disintegrating. It really captures just how /terrifying/ this scene is: yes, it’s sad, and we all know it for it, but the sheer horror of realizing you’re forgetting /everything/ about you and everyone else, without warning, is unparalleled, and this song just drives that home when you listen to it. This is some insane composition y’all, and I love this podcast even more for it

If you’re out there, running a dungeons and dragons campaign remember to include a stress-free beach or spa episode to do some character development and bonding It really just makes the experience better overall

One of my favourite tracks from the entire series- there's so many examples in which it's used perfectly It can convey such a variety of feelings based on the context- the determination before a fight, the explosive finish to one, the panic and anguish of loss- all of it, wrapped into a single yet countless experiences

I know everyone talks about Justin’s “Who?” Moment but I think that him initiating it is even more sad because it implies that Lucretia made him forget Lup first.
