Ok hi. Where is my little man in this crowd? Looking for him. He isn't here. Where did he go? Why do I see a trail of blood leading down that hellishly endless hallway that you walk down when you are about die? Why do I see my son fresh from the bottom of a boiling cauldron with his prickly, see-through flesh being torn off the bone? Is that really him? Oh god. Oh my god.

Hi! UDMB member here. ThIs wasn't played to make fun of JMU, or even with any hint of animosity towards you or your traditions. We played this for us, and bc we thought it would be a fun song to play as a second show. This is not for you folks at JMU. You can choose to enjoy it or not. There is no stealing of traditions here, we are playing it because it's a fun song. You can be salty or you can let music be music. Most of us in the band didnt even know this is a JMU "tradition", and even more don't care, we're having fun. EDIT: It was nice seeing so many JMU fans! It was a fun game!

Just for reference, the MRDs is a band of hecklers. I don't know if you've been to a basketball game with us, but #We'llChantAnything and the bashing is mostly for the memes. #BlueHensAren'tReal TOOOOTALLY not meant to shame y'all. Your actual show was really nice (because I'm sure you guys put most of your effort and rehearsals into it). It was truly the biggest of ironies that you guys played Get It On for the JMU game.

Honestly looking at the comments on this video made me want to punch something. I’m also in JMU’s band, and seeing people comment some of these things was painful to read. I’m glad you all had fun playing the piece :)
