2 symptoms of one overarching issue. The dolphins ability to finish later in the year and the dolphins ability to overcome to injury’s both rely on Mike McDaniels ability to adapt. He has proven time and time again that he is too stubborn to alter his game plan and develop with the season to stay ahead of his opponents. The same is true for Chris Grier, he’s too stubborn to admit when he’s wrong about a player, and he’s turns a blind eye to glaring holes in the dolphins roster. If the dolphins are to turn their season around, Stephen Ross is going to have to step in, force Mike McDaniel to step down from play calling on the offensive end, and force Chris Grier to make the moves we all know that are necessary. There are plenty of deep O line rooms out there, cut Robert Jones and Liam Eichenberg, make some trades and replace them because they aren’t working. The same can be said for many other players on this roster than Chris Grier has over invested capital and time into, Channing Tindall and Julian Hill are two more names to mention.
