with the door inside the chimney opening how does the smoke get out?

Hi. The oven can be used two different ways. For cooking pizza, the door is not used and the smoke goes up chimney. If it is used as an oven for breads etc. the oven is heated and door put in place to retain heat.

Very nice!!!! Love your end design. The only thing I would have done differently is add a couple more layers of the insulation. The door is absolutely awesome! Entire design is a work of art. Absolutely beautiful! ❤

Wow this is by far the best pizza oven build ever! Have to recommend Vito Lacopelli’s channel, he’s a master of pizza making. You never know, Vito may be interested in showcasing your build video link on his channel & vice versa?
