Here is the mistake, don’t do it. It does nothing for your shoulders. Just do regular presses.

Very nice man! Love when people are open about their feelings! But wht iv noticed is that questions girls ask boys are very much explicit and sexual than wht boys ask girls (more on realtionship, societal pressure etc)in many such related videos I just don't understand that why these wonderful content creators ask similar questions to both boys and girls , aren't they equal human?

Few years ago a big gym guy told me to not lock out legs during leg press, i didnt understood it why, like isn't it best to train at full range of motion for best results? . Now after watching videos of people breaking legs i understand why.

I have seen so many people swing heavy weights that they can’t lift in a fixed position. Arm curls are the number one exercise I see people do wrong.
