I hate vultures but LOVE there design. Not only does it make sense a dead eating bird would zombify but they only attack you when you take damage or enter their poi and they circle above you. I just got done looting a shotgun messiah and look up to see this vulture just circling and thought the game added crows or something only to have it dive bomb me after taking a few hit. This game is a gem

You can also loot the metal shelf behind Rekt. You need to looks straight forward and walk, focus on Reckt and move slowy to the left. Immediately after you could click on Rekt, you can open the shelf and loot it.

I have to ask, why do you not play a mod playthrough? Why not mix it up a bit? Love the videos either way, kinda.

Mods do one of two things. They make the game easier (I do not want this) or they make the game complicated meaning I have to sit down and learn how some fucking random person wanted the game to work. In many cases what they changed wasn't really written down so I'd have to reverse engineer all the mechanics from the game files again. All for them to change it in their next update at a random date with no prior warning because they played Genshin Impact and decided to featurecreep stuff from it into the next update. There is no accountability for continued support should the actual devs put out an update so there's a very good chance I go out of my way to learn this convoluted overhaul mod spending weeks learning it, all for them to give up making mods and never be able to use it in a series again. All that, so that I can get less views because a smaller percentage of the community can even use mods or has any interest in seeing content on them. ALL OF THAT. So I can have less fun than just playing another game anyway. So I just push the vanilla game further and further as we approach absolute comically impossible challenges. Although my next series is not going to be about a challenge for once.

Building in my other comment - id love to see a late game series! Idk if I’ve ever seen anyone do a late game play through (save for random one offs for poi’s or testing weapons, etc) outside of glock9’s most recent series but he’s completely max’d on a lot of skill trees - doing an actual play through *into and through* late game would be bomb!!

For the Atlas Metal POI, there are a few nice bags/boxes "hidden" along the backside of it (the area you're never required to go). I'm glad to see you're having a calm, quiet day - something I always yearn for but seldom get. For end-game, I like to hyper-farm super-corn and make a bunch of awesome sauce to get $1M dukes as fast as possible. I also gather acid and make as much Recog as I can for horde night. Also - consider getting a job for the fire station POI so you can reset it. I mean - why not? It's been so helpful this play through...might as well let it carry you through to the end.

100% quickest way to get cloth is Living off the Land level 1, 2, or 3 and smacking some cotton plants. Like 500 in a few minutes.

I usually only shoot radiated zombies. But having an auto is a must for when shit hits the fan. Smg is a great little gun.

The farming set helps a great deal as do all the sets. So have a farm set a scavenger set a mining set and a general questing set. Nerd head Increases up gains, preacher gloves add to damage against dead, scavenger chest gives more pockets and enforcer boots to run faster... I think.

Scremers are not inconssistent. They add with 1.0 a trigger check around 25% of the heat requiered for a guarantee spawn. Not sure waht the % chance was but this si the main reason you somtimes get one so fast. And if no Screamer spawn this check is not going on cooldown so if you reach 25% again it checks again. So if you hover arrount it (like short waves of shooting after a lot of shoting) you can realtivly fast get one.

Regarding the inordinate number of zombies on the roof; when I was clearing Army Base #7, I noticed that zombies would despawn and return to their original spawn points as I led them on a merry chase around the base perimeter. I suspect it had something to do with distance. These zombies came from underground levels several stories down, so when I lured them to the surface, they were pretty far from their spawn points.

in 1.0 if I didn't use stealth build I would suffer with 7 fps in this one 😂 also there is a random spawn on the roof I always manage to miss and afterwards I will have to run like a chicken without a head to trigger it.

I'm new to the game. Only had it for 3 days, I play on my friends world whom also just bought the game. I took over a small cabin and made a wall around it out of stone so far with castle like ramparts around the outside so I can shoot out, also lined the outside in steel spikes. It's worked out well so far but we're yet to experience our first horde night. (absolutely shitting it)

I did this poi yesterday. It seemed to aggro multiple groups when I entered as well. Bottom floor plus higher foor all at once.
