Yes I have that problem loose loops in the bottom when I stitch, upper stitching it's fine, I adjust my tension Dail between 3/4, plz guide me.

I have a problem with mine and it’s a very similar model. It’s called made the cut. The problem with mine is that my upper tensioner is not tightening even at the highest number. I tried taking the cover off and figuring out why and I can’t figure out which way the right metal disk is supposed to sit so that it’s pressing on the thread as it’s passing

I just received mine after watching your videos! Soon after My excitement turned into a huge disappointment! I read many reviews complaining about tension issues and more! I thought it’s user error! But my oh my was I wrong! this machine is a junk! Coming from the quantum stylus I can see the difference despite having to pay double what I payed for my quantum it’s no comparison! This one worthless it only worked on tension zero! The thread cutter doesn’t cut the bobbin thread! Error messages keeps popping up! Checked and checked and everything I was doing correct changed the threads changed the bobbin checked the bobbin case lubricated it even changed the fabric! Nothing worked except tension zero and stitch length 2.5 even then the result was less than satisfactory Stay away from this machine!

Oh... so you have to HOLD DOWN the reverse stitch lever when reverse stitching!!! Never knew this. Both the manual (yes... I'm THAT old that I read the manuals that come with my purchases) and the Singer website fail to mention this. Thanks for that tiny bit of info in your video. Now I know my old 2932 machine is working properly. Great video otherwise.

I've been sewing for decades on my grandmother's Kenmore (still a total novice). It's gotten to the point where it needs to be adjusted after just about every project. (To be fair, I did sew all of the canvas for a yurt with it. That put a fair amount of stress and wear on it, I'm sure.) I picked this sewing machine up a few weeks ago, and have been waiting to shorten some curtains with it, but was dreading getting started with this machine. Wow. Watching this video has me a little excited. I've never had a needle threader, and I'm used to having to fidget to get the bobbin thread a good length so I don't have to cut off a foot of spare thread. Thanks a ton for this video!!

I love your channel you make it easy to follow and definitely easy to understand. I do have a question Sewing with silk using the correct needle if I have bobbin thread coming through on the top how do I correct that so it does not show on the top of the fabric.
