Hello Possum, in the UK people good to Spain for hot weather in the summer only to find it was hotter in the UK while in Spain lol. Hope you get some relief from the heat soon. 👍

Hi, I’ve looked at the original and the clip is all I have. My GoPro uploads to GoPro Cloud but for some reason the clip is only the length shown. I didn’t know the Northern Lights were visible until I edited the video that night. Shame but I will hopefully know next time and record the whole show👍

I watched back on a large tv and at a couple of times the fog thinned and blue sky became faintly visible. Because of the 10 second clips that are used to make the time lapse the software AI put everything together to create a video. If I put the whole 24 hours of time lapse I’ve taken the video would be long and quite boring. Days like today can be challenging to find interesting clips. At one point there was a whit cat and it moved across the lower screen in the field. It a neighbours cat that often hunts in the field. 👍

Tell me about it. Fog has been thick. Although here at home it’s gone I had to drive an hour and half to Hull and thick fog. Our clocks go back an hour early Sunday morning, end of British Summer time (I hadn’t noticed it had started lol). Hope things are ok your side of the globe 👍

Was great. We were working on the Netflix production’The Crown’. We were flown to Scotland, Inverness then filmed on a massive estate that the Queen had once owned. I had a Landrover Defender which was one of the few that could cross that river. We arrived on a Friday, April 2017 Sunday was a rest day and Sunday night there was heavy snowfall. All filming prior to Monday had to be scrapped due to continuity. Also as the snow melted the river level raised quickly trapping a truck that I towed across. The driver sat waiting all day fearful to cross as he had already nearly lost a full truck of cameras and equipment worth thousands. I spent the day moving people and equipment back and forth lol. I was supposed to be the drone filming unit medic. My wife was the main filming unit nurse for two years, season 2 & 3.

Going good with all that rain. Beans are flowering well. I’ve dug up two potato plants and have two good feeds of potatoes. Would have put more variety in but my back let me down. Our summer has been colder than your winter lol average temperatures in North Yorkshire below 15c. Odd days the temperature can get up to 20c - 23c ?

GOOD MORNING . My friend . temp here 69.0f .... warm and rain here off and on time .... 11.0pm i got up made coffee . 1114pm now gettin my self together ......lolol lol . yesterday church got a big surprise . after church we all were invited a ladys house and wow. it was a meal. !!! so i got home a little later than i normally do.they had a cook out . . then rains started b4 i left there . and came home . i see u had rain 2 and heavy rollin clouds .

You had a good Sunday, a nice surprise. I just woke again, 5.45 am. First time 1 am. Made coffee both times. Sat down now catching up. Not raining but very wet and misty down to the ground from the clouds. Feels more like fall here, temperature 12c/53.6f. (6.15am Monday 15th)👍

GOOD MORNING .My Friend 137 am I AM UP EARLY went to bed early vistor gone home i did do some mowing yesterday . then i discover a bolt had fallen out of handel on mower then had to stop . bring mower back home so i could figure out where i could get one bolt for now . i the mean while i brought out wheelbarrow so we could try to take apart much of it . had to resort to a hack saw to cut old bolts . some i may grind off later . then i did use a wire brush on a drill to blast some of the rust spots and .... then my neighbor up street shows up i tell him my trouble with mower and what i am looking for cause he is a do it yourself engine worker at his house . he ask me to come up with him and have look in his large bin to see if i can find something that may work ,and sure enough we did !!!!! so i got the handel . a temporary fix . {{{{ oh boy it got up TO 26.6C FROM THE LOW 60.F. IN morning . no it is 63.0f.....17.2c at 1.49am now }} now i do have a set of new no flat wheels coming soon . to for wheelbarrow. and some grind wheels for drill.

I’ve seen her around for about 3 years. The black ones are all around 1 year old. The grass is almost gone now so they should be moved to fields across the back of the camera’s view. When the grass is recovered they move them back. Last year they were left in this field long after all food had gone and they ended up eating bushes and trees they could reach. Sorry , rambling a bit lol. Hope you’re getting some good weather over there. 👍

lol… my wife chuckled and said she’s got eye on the black and white one. Must be strange to have BBQ and have to get your meat from a vending machine. Was on OZ news last week. Miss being in Queensland, this rain here this summer is never ending!👍

G’day, yes been very hot for UK last 5 days so I was out watering yesterday. I was told I was mad having A/C installed in my house here! Who’s mad now? lol. It’s reverse cycle so we benefit from instant heat whenever needed, much the same type as we had in Queensland. I need A/C as heat is a big problem with my multiple sclerosis. The video for yesterday came out well and the sound track worked well. 👍

I will have a look thanks. I’ve got the full days video still so I can look at that. I can’t put the whole 24hours up as a lot would be uninteresting. I try to upload a selection of the most interesting footage. Bur I’m always very hate be informed of something that I may have missed. I’ll keep you informed and if there is more footage that is significantly different I will upload as a piece of additional video for the same date 👍

Big again. I found what you have seen and there is an explanation. The GoPro camera is inside and looking through a double glazed window. As the sun comes into view a reflection is created from the sun reflecting of the camera lens. When I try and take pictures or videos through the double glazed windows I have to avoid filming at an angle as I will get flare. This is very noticeable with a full moon on a clear night. It’s frustrating so I have to go outside for the shot. Hope I’ve explained 😊

Yes cows are back, can hardly see them in the long grass. Love this weather but plays havoc with multiple sclerosis as causes additional pain in my legs and I get fatigue even more. I will need to water my potatoes and beans today as bean 3 days with no rain. 👍

@@TimeLapseSkyUK i got some garlic . i found in my kitchen that started sprouting so i found some left over soil and soaked it really good and pushed them in now most of them r about 2inches high . i have never trying this b4 plus have a onion just sitting in anther pot and it took right off some of it is about foot long

I pleased you’re feeling better after your visit to the chiropractor. Yes second day for us to have hot weather. I managed to lop 2 eucalypts trees in our front garden. They were getting a bit tall and one was bordering our neighbors property. I’d bought a 42volt battery chainsaw and it was very good. I have a weed wacker, blower and hedge trimmer that use the same batteries and all of this brand work very well. Name is Ego - egopowerplus.co.uk/. I use to have a battery lawn mower from them but sold that as I needed a power driven one as pushing was getting hard.

Yes was an ok day upto 3pm when I slept. I did see from the video that the weather held up with the broken clouds and a sunset with only a few streaks of cloud. 👍

I remember having liver like that when I was a kid. I remember having bacon in it as well. My wife’s family didn’t eat wholesome food like that so now she’s not inclined to try it which is a shame as it rich in iron and she needs iron! 👍

@@TimeLapseSkyUK wife . grabs a big bowel and puts liver in it and then enough milk in it to cover and lets it soak in milk about 40 minutes . then when it is time .gets oil heated up and then grabs another bowel and puts flour and and some spice {{ i am not sure what spices she uses but it turns out well }} she then takes the liver and drags it thru the flour ,spices and then fry it till done and then it is so yummy . we had friends that normally did not like liver take a try. evan me .!!! because when my dad would cook it it came out like shoe leather . but my wife found out how to do this and wow !!!

GOOD MORNING M y friend . woke about midnight .got appointment to be at later about 8 am or so .very warm here this morning 70.f .......21.1c by 10 am it will b in the 80 s . !! yesterday , was setting up a new flatscreen . that was sent here by a friend he will visiting us by the end of June . from state of Washington. this tv set up was a bit differnt . than the others ive done . when i got it done i found free movies by the tons . !!! so i watched a one . then did wash the dishes and things and cleaned up kitchen .while let the music play in background loudly . something i ve always done

Good Morning, early appointment, that’s how I like them, leaves the rest of the day free. 5.45am now and 10c/50f. Doesn’t seem like there’s any night now. Dark last night by 11pm and at 2am I could just see like in the distance. If the sun shine like it did yesterday then we may reach 20c/68f. Does your flatscreen connect to the internet? If so you may be able to get KZbin on it. All the nature videos look great on the big screen as do my videos, with the music up you feel emerged. Hope you get some good use from it. I managed to get a good sleep yesterday afternoon until 9pm. Went back to sleep just after 2am for a couple of hours. Going to try and do some of the gardening job today. 👍

GOOD MORNING . my friend . 53f ..11.6c cloudy,no rain . but last night there was a real quick thunderstorm pop off Lake Erie . heavy down pour then was gone . !!! super quick. !! i was at church late there many things 2 do . i became a member of church and was also invited to join there production 4 this summer they will b doing this summer

I have got previous videos on my channel going back to December 2021 with sunrise and sunsets every day but the English weather can spoil the sunsets like today’s with all the thick clouds and now rain. A few days ago there are some beautiful sunsets. The camera is fixed with the view West, North West so the sunsets are always spectacular with large cumulus clouds in front. Sunrises give some beautiful colours when there is a clear sky and some high clouds which the sun reflects of as it rises. Thanks for watching and happy for any suggestions 👍

@@teddybear4020 I miss driving the trucks. Last time I drove one was 2015 when the Pirates Of The Caribbean production moved north to an island, Hamilton Island on the Great Barrier Reef. I drove from midnight to 9am and another driver took over from me to get my truck on to a ferry in time. That was the last week of filming. 👍

i like the music, reminds me a bit of some of Daevid Allen's stuff. North Yorkshire is great for mushrooms of a very particular variety.

Hi, I wonder what that variety of mushroom is? I’ll do soon looking around and find out. Music is from a royalty free music and sound effect provider called - www.bensound.com They have a huge selection of music which I try and match with the sky mood of that days video. This piece of music is called - Little Planet it give the video’s it’s used with an emotional emphasis. My favourite track. 👍

Still too light to see stars at 11pm then getting light from 3.30am. Days will start getting shorter soon. I liked Queensland as all year days and nights were not much different. I think not having daylight savings does that. 👍

Only got Runner Beans in and one box of potatoes. The back left box had potatoes last year and I must have left some in that I missed as loads of potato have come up in that box. I was going to plant more but not well enough this year. 👍

Good info there and exactly as it is. We are on a hill so apart from some field run off we are lucky with no flooding. Further down the hill a lot of rain full causes flooding.

Sorry for delay. Yes was a nice day. Not too hot but cutting the grass was tough. Looks quick on the time lapse video but wasn’t. All the rain we had yesterday (Wednesday) has made everything suddenly grow super fast. I can try and cut the hedge now once it’s dried. I had to wait for all the young birds too leave their nests before I could cut it. Just got a small window of time before more chicks will arrive. 👍

I’ve done some nice flights getting the whole village in shot from 120 metres oboe my house. With the 3 x zoom everywhere looks much closer. I’ve bought a DJI Avata 2 FPV which I’ve been flying around the garden and up the field behind us. I use to fly FPV quads I built in full manual mode when I lived down south. I’ve only flown the DJI non FPV for the last 7 years. 👍
