You need to resign and then you can search for operations roles. But you can’t switch within same bank, and specially after doing this ABYB course. It’s dedicated for sales role only.

Hi Uttkarsh, Jana Small Finance Bank’s program seems to be discontinued at the moment. Because after its first announcement, nothing positive has been seen yet and no feedback also.

Don't think too much agr kisiko join Krna h to krlo. Sir ne apna 200% efforts dala hai is course Mai. Sir hmesa available hote h hmari problem ya baat sunne k liye. In ka pdhane ka tarika bhot accha h and course k andr jo study material wo bhi ek dum relevant hai. At the end yhi bolunga JUST GO FOR IT. ❤ PS - I am first batch student of Pro Relationship Management.

Hi Vivek, That is very difficult at this age, but possible is you select and nourish your knowledge in tools specific job roles, such as Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, etc. Why companies don’t prefer at this stage is because everyone has to start from zero again, with very less salary compare to the age.
