Love the video! built a 08 250f from scratch like this. Did you go off the service manual for the 16? I have project bike im working on like this but fabricating the frame to fit the motor. I'm calling it the kawazuki. 08 suzuki 450 frame with all the goodies for the 18 450 kawasaki motor lmao.

What is the point to take down every thing just to make engine rebuild? Even not clean and polish the frame 🤦

So that I I can get you to leave a comment lol 😂. I cleaned the frame and replaced any worn-out parts. I didn't need the 6 or 9hp from the polish.

I’m having problems getting the nut off my flywheel could I be doing something wrong you made it look to easy

I used an impact to remove the nut, but if you are having troubles; try applying some heat to the nut itself. It could have locktite. Dont overheat too much, you don't want the nut red hot. but heat it enough where you can not touch it. Use an impact and give it a try. If you have the top end off, hold the piston so it doesn't smack the cases when you try to take the nut off. Hope this helps.
