That did not sound like original mono. That was clean. Sounded like an HD remaster or something. This song makes me think of way happier days!

2:15 This used to be my least favorite part when I was a little kid, because I thought it was cringe. Now it's my favorite part, because the drums stand out to me.

Esta interpretación me transmite muchas sensaciones. Será la letra, la vibración de sus cuerdas. Ni idea. Sólo se que es la correcta.

This is not the actual short 45 - it seems like it's an edit of the LP version. The short 45 is a different mix.

David Pack, Michael Mcdonald, need I say any more? Two of the greatest, out of a small group of male singers to ever step up to a mic. That's just a fact!!

Lol Jossette wasn’t born in manila she’s from Redwood City California
I have been singing this chant all week since rediscovered song from my teenage years. Oh I really love that Jim Pepper is PNW Native American. I remembered this song the instant I found it last week. In 1969-71, my bff met the road manager for Redbone, we saw them a bazillion times and they covered this song. Sean, the Irish Road Manager wrote my friend a proposal of marriage, but we were still in HS and she wasn’t in love, she just thought it was fun knowing all the backstage people, she was tight with Sep, who owned and operated Pacific Presentations, which was the Southern California operation, like Bill Graham Productions. 3:01 She was all about being backstage. Not me, I went backstage after a Poco concert that only had about 200 people, because Richie Furey asked or invited me & Kat, Timothee B. Schmitt was almost as young as us and had the same color and length of hair I always rock (my hair is still auburn brown & to my hips, people don’t have a clue that I’m 69, but I inherited my mom’s face & hair, we are German). That was kind of fun, but I knew what Groupies did and I was not into that at all, we were all still virgins 😊we grew up in SE LA region, so we had concerts all around us throughout our teens.❤
