I have the same fan with blue blades and harder to find than the 12c models with buttons in the middle without a plate that says super.

I hate those stupid canadian safety grilles that they used from the late 70s to the mid 90s, kills the airflow by a lot, it moves like 3 times more air without the front grill

@AlexTheFanMan ah. Had a feeling they'd be severely kneecapping it. How long were those canadian guards used for in general? Last time I went to Canada, most of the modern fans seem to have normal guards.

I replaced the motor since the original motor was quite bad, especially severely underpowered despite replacing the capacitor, so I slapped up a 1999 Honeywell 16" pedestal fan motor and had to sacrifice the oscillator

Maybe, there is definitely something wrong unless it’s how those blades are, but they look weird, I’ve never seen blades like this on a Marley/leading edge product

Los ventiladores de techo industriales Westinghouse no son los mejores del mercado; son conocidos por tener condensadores defectuosos si se usan con demasiada frecuencia. Sin embargo, con un uso moderado y el cuidado adecuado, deberían funcionar bien durante mucho tiempo

@AlexTheFanMan si es cierto lo compre hace poco y se daño el condensador con solo un mes de uso. Tuve que reemplazar el condensador el motor se calienta mucho. Se podría planchar ropa con el al apagarlo literalmente 😁

Tal vez deberías buscar un modelo industrial más antiguo o vintage; definitivamente durará más que el Westinghouse. Depende de dónde vivas, jaja

You can hook it up to a remote for as long as you can, all you need is to disconnect with the wires nuts attaching the wires
