In Windsor the cops were good for the most part. There are a few members of the force who got in trouble for donating. Their punishments? Having to work 80-120 hours of overtime for free. Absolutely crazy that the court can make them do that

If I had a neighbour like that, I would drive around on recycle night and find boxes of expensive items that other people put out, bring them home, and put them at the road just to screw with the neighbour and make them waste money.
