I read you have to pack this down tight.. that's strange. Regular washes need to have the clothes spin freely without all the packing. It's probably a new concept of extracting all this water thanks for the video but let me tell you. That you don't need that music it drowns out a lot of what you're saying I'm here to look at the product with you not be entertained by music or distracted by me thanks good luck with this
@SpaceCaptainCreations
@SpaceCaptainCreations 2 жыл бұрын
I appreciate your input on the music, yes it’s dumb and in the future I won’t use it. The spin dryer runs up to about 3200 rpm, a washing machine does not. So if you don’t pack in the fabric, the machine jumps around before balancing out. Spin drying fabric in spin dryers is very common in the tie dye community and I love mine, wouldn’t trade it for the world. Some campers use them as well as people with no immediate access to a dryer. I’d say the product works well and the dry time is super fast when hanging or just working with the fabric. The music is silly though just seemed like the thing to do at the time. ✌🏻

is the maxforce fc ant bait the dark brown stuff on the ground?
@SpaceCaptainCreations

No, it’s clear little drops. There is a few lines of it that has a tan tint, but it’s mostly clear. The ants usually eat it all. There is some wasp debris / waste in one area and thousands of dead ants though. I think you are thinking of the wasp waste. There was a nest above it that was probably there a couple years before we moved in. ✌🏻

Hello, I have the behringer x touch mini with reaper and it does not work for me. Can you explain to me how you have achieved them? Thank you
@SpaceCaptainCreations
@SpaceCaptainCreations 3 жыл бұрын
Other than following the instructions in the manual it will work natively with its own settings. In order to program it you will need to follow the tutorial on KZbin for smart knobs script. And it can be daunting. You need to install script into reaper for full functionality. In the video they show you the install using a different controller but midi setup is the same. Once I had everything installed properly the only catch was the xtouch needs to be in Behringer mode (factory) and not Mackie Control Mode. But start with the reaper forum and find the smart knobs tutorial and you’ll be on your way.

@SpaceCaptainCreations
@SpaceCaptainCreations 3 жыл бұрын
Well, first I followed the instructions off the forum to get knobs and everything installed. I tried repeatedly to get everything working with glitchy results. Finally I reset the x touch mini and put it in Behringer mode instead of Mackie mode and boom, everything worked as it should and I was able to program all the knobs and buttons in both layers. Seems simple but it worked for me.

i managed to setup a BCF200 and a BCR2000, with Reaper/Realearn/Smartknobs & LBXfader box... it was a little tricky understanding how midi works... but alot of trial and error testing and i managed to get it figured out by the end of the month... i now can map FXplugins or VSTinstruments to behave relatively easily now... once the setup is done... with faderbox and LBX.. its a one click affair to map things as LBXsmartknobs makes this possible!! im waiting on the LBX version2, cos the trouble with LBX at present is you can only view 32 parameters at any one time.... this is problematic when you have mapped 100+ parameters LOL... a little bit overkill.. on the mapping side of thing but the knowledge you can sound shape from that point is massive!! but like i say... seeing only 32 parameters and not the other 68+ without their names visually makes it diffucult to remember which encoder is which

@SpaceCaptainCreations
@SpaceCaptainCreations 3 жыл бұрын
Not sure about the Nektar. It took hours, my biggest problem was in mackie control it didn’t work. When I powered the controller back up in native mode it worked flawlessly. Might be midi competing for channel commands in MCM. Behringer native linked immediately on reset and worked great.

So what is it hooked up too? Where is the original signal coming from?
@SpaceCaptainCreations
@SpaceCaptainCreations 4 жыл бұрын
Jah3lohim the last thing sending it signal was my jam man looper, I think I had a loop running off a drone synth I built from a kit. When I turned off the looper pedal it held the last signal in the outer rings memory is what I think is happening. The pedal does have modulation filters built in though that will ramp if you turn the knobs and get it going. But as far as signal nothing was active at the time of this video only what the outer rings decided to do. The pedal is a sophisticated ring modulator so it has its own oscillating circuit. Unfortunately I haven’t spent more than a couple hours messing with it because you could easily stay up until sunrise tweaking it. I really haven’t found too much use with it as a guitar pedal to say, it’s more suited for drones and odd soundscapes. Lots of fun though could be used in a million different ways I guess. Maybe even as a dub siren with a little work. Thanks for asking.

@@SpaceCaptainCreations very cool. I actually just preordered the V2 a few days ago but it seems they reworked it so the user has greater control which kinda disappoints me because I really like the unbridled strangeness Ive heard in demos of the original. Hopefully it'll be similar but I know they did away with the built in fuzz/dirt which is nice in some ways & I can always get that back by running through a fuzz prior... i dunno, just hope it's as nice as the first outer rings.

Ever tried long term heavy weight without heat?
@SpaceCaptainCreations
@SpaceCaptainCreations 4 жыл бұрын
trencher7 yes, living in Florida long term heat is about 45 minutes. Not really hot enough to flatten the record substrate though in my opinion. Keep tuned in I’m looking at a new permanent, quick and slightly inexpensive idea that is also good for other uses. I will say, to be fair, I have had records mysteriously cure themselves after months stored upright in a semi tight storage environment. You always have to take into account the packaging and spine size of the sleeve compared to what’s actually in the packaging. Odd spaces will most definitely create warping over time. Booklets and so on in the sleeves. But in my honest opinion time and ambient pressure will work do to molecular repopulation of the material, it just depends on how many grey hairs you want to establish in the meantime, lol. Thanks for asking.

Update 2019, it’s been a weird weather year and those little sugar ants still make an appearance but the gel bait continues to work. On the bright side I used to have a ton of those larger ants I now believe were Argentine ants, all over my pool deck. It seems I’ve killed them off to a tolerable level where I only see them intermittently and if I do I feed them the gel and they be gone.
