Oh man, the memories. This was the first game i ever bought on steam, back in 2006. I think i remember they were doing free weekends for RO, and loved it.

This and Joint Operations Typhoon Rising were my childhood, along with Battlefield. It's amazing the progress games have made, however I'm afraid for the future in concerns to all digital sales and products. I owned this game. I had a disk and CD key, not the case anymore. The early 2000's were awesome.

True, this game is superior in terms of mechanics and balance to modern games like battlefield and cod. I mean you could drive vehicles into a chinhook and fly somewhere, land and drive them out again. It should be remastered and stuff like weapon attachments and jets should be added, and some unlockables for the players who like the grind.

I have it on cd, tried PB there was nothing, and it only runs on windows xp

@@timmykirsten6444 It also runs on Windows 7 and 10. Granted, I only tested if it loads the first mission but I couldn't notice any issues beyond the grass looking horrible, which might be a bug.
