Thanks for this great talk! I find the 'observable' UI-Effect method to be a more practical and efficient solution. Despite Manuel Vivo's "ViewModel: One-off event antipatterns" published two years ago, I still believe the official approach of handling one-off events within UI State is more error-prone compared to the "observable" UI-Effect method discussed in this talk.

It was a great session with lots of learnings. But the only part where I got confused was when the presenter started calling interface and their implementations by different names for e.g. GalleryEventHandler was an interface but GalleryInteractor was its implementation which was very confusing in latter part of the slides as I kept wondering what is this interactor now. GalleryEventHandlerImpl would have helped with understanding

Great talk! Since version 2.8.0, we can use data classes as composable routes-I guess that has solved some of the problems? To be honest, Navigation is one of my least favorite libraries. I feel like great Android libraries always come from the community not from Google.

Think it can be due to two reasons, 1. Because these images literally look like that, don't want to be racist but the dark thermometer with dark hands looks like a gun. 2. They might have some images of black people where they may have taken the comments as input caption. And you know the internet, this bad data biased the dataset to label black people as gorilla, well the photo of the two black people actually has some resemblance gorilla.

It's sheer ignorance to ignore the truth. The order of perspectives is where the given facts lie. Foolishness is in trusting where a bond of mutual respect was not fostered. The fool is a real pro at choosing words in what I call the fine art of deception. Where the picture is colored so bright you now are craving to have a hold of such power. You can't stop the desire. You now willingly give up your crayons! And there you have it; foolishness, where fools were utterly fooled by the fool! Keep your eyes and ears open if it doesn't make clear sense where all equals gain the reality of facts are still out there waiting to be understood!! Don't stop looking and it is true the more the merrier for alone becomes lonely and you can't gain without adding one!
