BEWARE OF GODREJ INTERIO MODULAR KITCHEN - FRAUDULENT STEPS & BREACH OF TRUST .LOOKING FOR JUSTICE FOR LAST 5 MONTHS Lastly APPROACHING CONSUMER FORUM (E DAKHIL) . Any one EXPERIENCE/ poor SERVICE from Godrej Interio Modular Kitchen PLEASE REACH ME , I am Ranjay Kumar from NGHC RANCHI paid full advance payment of Rs 2.8 Lakh for proper full installation of newly material of Modular Kitchen as per design but Company has failed proper installation of Modular Kitchen at site since Nov 2023 as per design layout .Trial and error for partial installation yet ,breach of trust and fraudulent steps taken in installing partial redundant long standing and not properly fitted material as per design and false commitment ( including accepted by all your executive also including Last visit by Mr Amod ) led to request for refund of amount paid lastly which was accepted at your end also but I am still waiting for same. I am getting only false commitment from your end for proper new material dispatch installation or refund promptly committed as expected. I came across all possible means of communication ( email / Letter / Whatsup ) sincerely requested simply for resolution at your end , either New material as per design layout will be dispatched and fully installed at site or refunded at earliest but Company remained silent throughout & keep committing falsely through verbal communication for last 5 months lastly refund as well . I always preferred disputes to be resolved at your end at earliest itself because There was no Mistake or any Breach at my end .It is learnt that Policy remains in force When there is no breach of terms and conditions and trust but I have already placed breach of trust and fraudulent steps at your end accepted by your representative as well but It clearly implied that Company is well aware of above practice pertaining to my order in particular . As Usually committed 4-5 days for proper installation but yet PARTIALLY INSTALLED and torturing us in all possible manner and if any Incident take place at site , company will be sole responsible due to partial installation at site .After meticulous reasearch in couple of days through all social sites including KZbin it is observed that there is poor delivery mechanism majorly in the region particular Ranchi . Lastly I wrote physical letter twice to respected Mr Dev Sarkar Sir and Ms Nyrika Holkar Mam with adequate time for resolution for more than 60 days for resolution including letter to respected Mr Swapnil Nagarkar Sir but company remained silent even without proper concrete justification from any where till time it clearly implied that company is well aware of such practice and behaving in behemoth .It seems management itself behaving not professional and transparent manner resulting in poor delivery mechanism with fraudulent and breach of trust even caught and accepted by team . Finally I wanted to know the company stand with concrete justification to means of communication concern raised pertaining to my order including order no with the whole order tracking to delivery of items with refund of amount deadline Not Your company uniform policy verbally . So that Lastly leaving scope I can approach Consumer Forum ( e dakhil ) accordingly on uploading your company view at the end for refund of paid amount with financial compensation at breaching of policy and terms and conditions and mental harassment failing to do so in one week including reply to written letter deemed that Company is aware of practice of fraudulent and breach of trust on delivery mechanism of product and partially installation and forcing me to install obsolete redundant and long standing material not fitting as per design . I always requested you all keep your self at my place professionally transparent and at sympathy manner , any issues can be resolved.I am still looking for kind justice without my fault at my end. It is my sincere request if at all my concern is not reaching to Competent Authority please take it to them or guide me.

Had the worst experience with Godrej interio. Just looting people in name of brand. Installation is not on time, wrong measurements taken and irresponsible staffs and technicians. Please beware that no civil work will be paid by godrej interio. They will take all the wrong measurements and then everything you will have to do on your own.
