Cant you use of those magic white sponges for wax/crayon?

I found it very thick and sticky and a light yellow colour. Looks like I should have given it a bit of a stir 😂, and thinned a bit with white spirit maybe.

I’ve sprayed entire new construction exteriors and plazas with an x7 never had an issue, lighter than my 390, easier to clean and it was $500 with a warranty. I’ll buy 3 of those before I buy a 390 ever again.

Pump armor for storage longer than two weeks, always oil the piston and clean gun filter after each use.

Have had a Graco in my garage for 12 years...ran once and blew up. Repaired it, clogged with thin paint and got thrown in corner. Cost 300+ and is a piece of crap. Called Graco tech support and got a wise guy who told me to send it in and hung up. Buy a quality power painter from a reputable company.

What size tip did you use

My goodness. You should always run clean water thru rig to wash out pump saver prior to pumping into material. You never ever want to prime your line thru the tip in reverse. You never want to spray your tip in reverse for more than one second to clear clog, as it will rapidly wear out the tip. Remove the whole guard, once you have primed your line place guard and tip on gun…. Love instructional videos with nonsense such as this

The recommended gallons are just a suggestion I’ve had the project painter and painted over 300 gallons with it and its still running good surprisingly just take care of it and clean it good and it will last you
