@@naldodook Hoop netting on a jet ski would be interesting. We had a decent night last night, took a bit to get back in the flow, dropped 2 hoops in our first set with no bait and I prop fouled myself 😆. Had to cut our night short after 2.5 hours, forgot to put enough gas in the tank🤦🏼♂️. Ended the night with 4 keepers and 8 crabs.

I like the detailed gear and fishing technique in your video. You covered so many key elements,I fish very similarly. One tip I use reusable zip ties, for many things. I luv my pot puller too. When solo I use trolling motor to spin bow for best pull angle. Unrelated Question I’m interested in your splash guard enclosure panels around console what kind are they. Thanks
@naldodook16 күн бұрын
Thanks for liking my video. I had leftover zip ties so I'll use that up first and try out reusable one as you and other members recommended. Splash guard is home made with flexible marine polycarbonate and Subrella fabric. This and front windshield is one of the best thing that I have done to my boat.

Thanks for sharing. Good to see you catch and release. I wanted to reach into my screen and simply move that rod in the holder to the other side of the boat for you, lol, but I get it, once the bite is on it's impossible to pause. My experience with barracuda when you're bouncing them like you is sometimes they will spit the iron right at the boat when you have a big bend in the rod. I've seen big heavy irons hook people on cattle boats. Always a sketchy situation but you handled yourself really well! :)

@naldodook Жыл бұрын
Yeah, many clickers but rather be safe than sorry. Running back wasn't much different than doing it during the day time except the fog that we ran into about 2 miles out from harbor. I wouldn't mind running back at night again, but I missed being able to relax with long soak and just watching Netflix on the phone inside harbor. Inside harbor is more of hanging out, with lobster fishing as extra, but there we were more focused on lobster fishing than ever.
