Stricken häckeln wenn mann es kann ist auch was feines.😊 habe ich bis zu meinem 16 Lebensjahr auch gemacht. Da kannst gut such mit runter kommen wenn mann zu Wutausbrüchen neigst. 😂

🫶🏻🚀Here are some of my thoughts why I love small local races 1. **Training Ground:** They provide an opportunity to practice race-day strategies, pacing, and fueling techniques in a less intimidating environment compared to major marathons/ half marathons. 2. **Motivation:** Participating in local races keeps motivation high by providing regular goals to work towards during training. 3. **Race Experience:** They offer valuable race experience, including dealing with pre-race nerves, lining up at the start, and navigating through a race course with other runners. 4. **Community Support:** Local races often have a strong sense of community support, with friends, family, and other participants cheering along the course, which can be very encouraging during long training runs. 5. **Feedback:** They provide an opportunity to assess fitness levels and gauge progress, as well as receive feedback on areas for improvement before the main marathon event. 6. **Variety:** Incorporating different race distances and terrains into training adds variety and helps prevent boredom or burnout from the monotony of marathon-specific training. 7. **Testing Gear and Nutrition:** Local races allow runners to test out gear, apparel, and nutrition strategies in a race setting before the big day. 8. **Support of charities:** Participating in small local races during marathon training often means supporting local charities.
