Doing them again tonight with some fresh cut Quarted tomatoes. Even thinking about putting some pineapple pieces in as well next time
@ezindelicious10 күн бұрын
Mate, that sounds awesome....I love pineapple. I'm one of those "cretins" who love it on pizza. My only advice when using pineapple is go for the fresh one and cut it up, rather than the canned stuff that's been soaked in syrup.

I lost 50 lbs on the carnivore diet and healed a bunch of helth issues. Did it all while eating 4,000-4,500 calories a day. I still eat 4,000+ calories a day and maintain a healthy weight. This diet is like a miracle.

Crush up some pork crackling (or pork scratchings), either in a food processor, or in a polythene bag and then hit it with a rolling pin. If you roll your formed Scotch egg, before cooking, in those crumbs it will look like a standard Scotch egg but taste much better. For the meat, I make my own sausage meat by using some minced fatty pork and adding 2% of the weight of the meat in salt, and 0·2% of the weight of the meat in both black pepper and sage. No egg is needed to 'bind' the sausage meat together. Try it, you'll love it.

Hey there, as a substitute to taro leaves I've used san choi in the past for other recipes like this one I'll link....saina. But haven't specifically used it in this dish. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hKOVe4GcfNaEha8si=U7Gr-ARFJw38ZmV_

Don't think of it as a diet. It's a way of life. The longer you do it, the more health benefits you will obtain. Use pork panko on the outside as a coating.

Hey there Julio....I don't think I've lost much in actual weight but definitely feel better. But it's a very restrictive diet as far as flavours go. Don't think I could do it long term but will keep it going a bit longer for now.

@barbaratimmermans5484Ай бұрын
That’s so yummy and nutritious Dean. I was born on a farm, so nothing went to waste. I’ve never had that combo before, but oxtail is a regular meal for me, cooked Jamaican style of course 😂 I have a lot in my freezer in individual portions. The price of oxtail is $33.00 per kgs where I live. I use to get it for free years ago lol 😂 Slow cooking on the stovetop is my favourite way of cooking my meats. Blessings to you and family 🙏🙏🙏
@ezindeliciousАй бұрын
Hey there Barbara, thanks for that. Yes, I noticed here as well the price of oxtail has skyrocketed in the recent past. But it's definitely a very tasty part of the beast. The liver on the other hand, they were practically giving away. 😀

First comment Dean! Woohoo for me... Before I watch @ 0:19 ...how's the Carnivore diet going? I'm intrigued... I could do All Meat, but been brought up to have "Gotta eat vegies!" and every meal had white starch in the form of spuds or rice etc... probably as a filler! Mum was a bit poor, but I was full!
@aussiebornandbredАй бұрын

Awesome Dean. I also add a bit of Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother) and some fresh herbs at the start of the cooking process to mine for 15 hours or more ❤️
@ezindeliciousАй бұрын
Sounds fantastic.....I would usually add herbs too but because I'm trying the carnivore thing any plants are supposedly a no no. And the vinegar would be great for extracting extra flavour from the bones.
