I cannot stress enough what a rock this psalm and this song have been for me over the past year or so, where I was really tested and tried in the service of our Lord. Not only did this song help me memorize the text, but the music perfectly captures the emotion of it. I've turned to it so many times when I needed to pour out my grief and passion before the Lord, and also remind myself of the reward He promises, the reward that is found even now in His presence.
