I have to replace a leaking P/S pump, belt tensioner too. If I also move the alternator out of the way, do you think I can get to the pump and its support bracket from above without pulling the crank pulley?
@FritzMadness10 ай бұрын
That could be a possibility, that leaves a lot of room without the alt
@jamesmskipper10 ай бұрын
@@FritzMadness I've replaced the alternator before and it isn't hard getting it free from the bolts. Might only have to push it a little toward the driver's side. I've replaced the tensioner from underneath the back of the engine, and maybe could do it from the top with the alternator moved. I have to replace it because the belt is squeaking and running over the edge of the pulley.
@FritzMadness10 ай бұрын

Why Did we remove control panel at all and then from circuit board - when beeper speaker was in full view just lifting cover off? At 2:05 - look in there. At 2:40 just behind ribbon removed. A Teaspoon slug of silicone blocking sound port hole on speaker would have been enough to mute sound almost silent @! Testing when silicone is about cured before assembly. Applied with tongue depressor. The edit should have erased the point of breaking off speaker leads to putting last screw in top cover, then turning it on. Cordless drill would have killed another 3 minutes. Security screw bits will be needed for some units. The Truly Smart Mod Application - Wire speaker leads to LED light/s - to let those deaf know TIMES UP and confirm settings. Put speaker leads out to a headphone jack at back of cabinet. Now they can plug in any LED Light they want.. Even Christmas Lights. Just like when they Answer the Phone - '''IT FLASHES'''. Cheers

The best way to replace this pump is to remove the pulley after you unbolt it from the bracket with the special tool that is required making sure not to jam the pulley up between the bracket and the engine as you're doing it then you can remove it through the bracket and the frame area but you must remove the front axle on that side to do this otherwise you're supposed to pull the exhaust and move the catalytic converter and header pipe over to the left as far as possible you can do it by removing the entire bracket but that's a lot more work this is definitely a job for highly skilled technician
@FritzMadness3 жыл бұрын
Good tip, didn’t need to remove pump pulley, even the new ones come with the pulley installed.

*Do this as your own risk! I am not an expert* The RCA RMW733 -Black basic microwave has 3 phillips screws (easily removed with a phillips screwdriver, and 4 proprietary torx screws, 6 star shaped, with raised centers that can be removed carefully with pliers. Once these 7 screws are removed, the metal casing cover is easily removed. Locate the rectangular circuit board and find the similar shaped 'buzzer' as in the video above, the buzzer in my RMW733 was black, and labelled 'BUZZER' on the circuit board. carefully snip the 2 metal connections to the black buzzer and remove it, ensure that you do so carefully so you do not damage other components, leave any scrap snipped metal in the machine, or leave any of the 2 exposed buzzer connectors touching anything. Make sure the metal cover is properly inserted and tighten the 7 screws. No issues so far having done this myself, just wanted to leave a detailed account for the RCA model here for anyone else interesting in doing this since the RCA RMW733 has no mute functionality for the annoying beeping.
