Could you please tell me how many days/months you took to complete this case study? That would give us the bit of clarity to understand time consumption of preparing such case studies.
@AtharvaTendulkarYT4 күн бұрын
We did this case study in ~12 days. But time in general is not that of a factor. We need to plan research accordingly. In my next case study decode, I would be decoding Rapido case study which we did in 3 days. That would give you a better idea.

This podcast was worth every minute! The explanations were to the point without dragging or shifting from the main topic for too long. In my opinion, perspective matters the most when designing a portfolio or any product, for that matter. I really enjoyed the detailed thought process behind each section of both portfolios. Thanks, guys! Cheers! 🥂
your content is amazing but your voice quality is very low it needs improvement

Hey Atharv, great video. A little feedback - It would be a lot more engaging and easy to keep up if you have some notes in a split screen while you speak.

What content can a fresher in the product management field make?
@AtharvaTendulkarYT2 ай бұрын
It can be anything which you might be learning Devya... When I started off, I used to write about case study process I was following, new frameworks I came across, observations, and many more!! I started with pretty basic things and eventually tried to improve on the quality.

Super insightful video bhaiya. One question, aap data aur stats ko apne case study me kaise quote karte hain?
@AtharvaTendulkarYT2 ай бұрын
Hi Bhavya, It depends on context of case-study & also what interview method I am following to get the answers. Complete video on "How I approach Research to get insights" coming soon By that time you can have a look at my case studies. atharva98.notion.site/Case-Studies-8ab81e4b90f24f7baddbe0e9601826dc It might give you a rough idea

Great Video. Just wanted to know, what are some good sources from where one can read quality case studies? There are so many case studies available on internet and not all of them are good. So for a beginner who wants to understand the structure and content that a case study should have, what are the places to look at?

Genuine question: What happens if these case studies have minimal images and beautification? Only text / numbers based information. Are stakeholders not impressed with just the solution? Or they want colorful/delightful presentations as well?
@AtharvaTendulkarYT4 ай бұрын
Tbh it depends upon what is the purpose behind making case studies If I am making PRD, Case for my work, it would most probably be a document only with minimal/ no beautification But, if someone is looking to build a brand/ stand out/ get a job, presentation becomes equally important as you are competing with 1000s of people out there. However content is always the king. if content and structure are bad, it won't work out. basics have to be clear. But, to stand out and at least grab attention, you need some kind of so-called USP. Presentation could be one of those. If you can catch the attention of people in 1st 10 seconds, then only they will read the content. As Akshita said in the video, you need to put on your PM hat while making a presentation by considering the audience. We have touched this part also in the video Content >>> Presentation. But presentation is also important as that helps to sell yourself better.
