I see what you mean I just got mine. For the most part that’ll happen on all welding hoods. I’ve noticed the spatter has more of an effect on matte/dry finish hoods as opposed to the glossy ones. Now it’s just time to see how it lasts. Love the art in the background!💪

It won’t rattle around once you strap down anything ontop of it. The other end of whatever it is, is pressing down to the bed of the truck too.

I seriously doubt that. Titan submersible debris was all picked up off the ocean floor in front of Titanic. A floating blue 50 gallon drum wouldn't fit on board, and if it had been on board, considering the air in it, it would be squashed flat. Nice try, how about you check for the five bodies that also aren't there.

I welded in my garden, no good for overhead welding but for the rest seams fine.

After a week at a service center, they BS me that the problem was a software upgrade, I came back home and still the same way, I think it is just to small to do a good job.

What electrodes were you using? Could you reboot it or factory reset?

@@cameronkee.2214 I was not willing to go NYC to return it, so I went to a Miller Repair Shop, half we there, after a week, the technician told me that what it needed was a software update, but still the same, although I know he open it because it had a loose part and it does bounce inside any more.

Did you try to revive a battery with it ? Was just wondering I just did started at 20 amps and it climbed to 50 in 2 minutes I cut it off after 2 minutes to let it cool for 8 and when I cut it back on only showing 1 Amp and it will not switch settings and fan isn't coming on....looks like ima have to open her up

No housing is very good, but to sensitive to moit, if you open it on the boat to turn the phone on, most like it will beep during the hole dive.
