Such a better version. More energy, and the “HEY!” bits give it more heart. This was the version I heard first, and it’s always gonna be the definitive version for me. This is such a great comp.

Exactly, the “Hey” is how they do it live, never understood why they left that off of the MLM version.

One of those classic, unheralded LA gems, up there with Rock Bottom and the Spys 'Rich Girl', Silver Chalice 'Wasted', etc. Is Patricia Morrison playing bass here? I know she was in the group for a time, always wondered if she's on this recording

This brings back so many memories. Memories of going to see them at the Rosenbaum Ranch (basically Jimmy's house) I met Jimmy around the 3rd grade, R.I.P.

An old boy friend loaned me this cd and I just loved it but as those things go... I gave it back I couldn't find a copy to make it my own. and then decades went by. I couldn't remember the name and then this morning I hop into my car and the name of the band came to me. I ran back into the house to my pc and looked them up. It made my day! I know they will be my worship music of the day and I will dance around the house like a school girl who looks like a very old lady
