God bless the people in baltimore. Its a rough city. Good people along with ignorant people. But the vibes are just bad in general. The boarded up houses and trash and drugs just make the city look terrible.

I love Bmore city so many beautiful areas and I’ve been blessed to live in two amazing areas . Way better than my hometown Philly the only thing I miss about my hometown is the fact that it’s Muslim city and a few small things . My peace have been here in wonderful areas that is super quite and good my neighbors still leave there doors open . And you said it dear the crime is in an isolated areas not everywhere.

Thank you for your honesty! 85% of the houses in Baltimore need to be updated. That’s one of the bottom line problems with the city.😊

Just this week people I know had their cars broken into. I disliked it lots and have lived in rough cities Detroit, Brooklyn, manhattan and none of them is this bad. It does have things for kids. Taxes high, housing got high, people in cars getting highjacked

This is a very surface-level list that gives zero consideration to the culture and history of segregation that affected Baltimore’s reputation which undoubtedly led to the development of this video. Residents can’t live in a bubble and be productive citizens. Roland Park is the very first community (nation wide) to create a covenant that explicitly excluded Jews, blacks, and Asians from living in the community unless they were domestic servants.

You forgot to mention the 100's dirt bikes that ride through out the city.

It’s not for everyone however it’s not everyone who watched the Wire thinks. Maryland itself is not cheap to live in but Baltimore is different than other parts of Maryland.

Those homes for rent are mad cheap compare to counties like Howard , PG and Montgomery. Most good one bedroom rooms start in the $1800s plus and most homes range from mid $400s to mid $700s . This is the norm . Most counties don’t offer $1300 for rent unless it’s in a low income area or a special with a person renting out their basement or room not house.
