It was the point difference. The dealer was at 65k. On top of that, the I was only 11k ahead of 3rd place. Had maybe if dealer was at 65k and most of it came from 3rd place, then I would give it a go. (Ie. 1st 65k, 2nd 35k, 3rd 5k) I know that saint player will either work around into a damaten and/or defend, while pushing 3rd place into a corner of backing off or risking it all. I would love if YT gave my subscribers a FeelsBadMan.jpg post option in the comments🤣🤣🤣

awww soo close! also, just to point out, chihou/blessing of earth has to be non-dealer's first self-drawn tile without any prior chi/pon/kan/kita by anyone. ron off of dealer's first discard is not a chihou in riichi mahjong, unlike other variations of mahjong where 地胡 is won off the first discard of the dealer. merry xmas!

Well.. double riichi right at the start is kinda insane consider of the ranked game. I had that on event match one day but its easier if its battle of asura or limitless asura. PS: also if that could have been 6 or 9 bamboo, that could have been blessing of earth so FeelsBadMan
