Can I get a price on this model?

Msi i need some help, i got a MSI laptop and i cant figure out what the model name is, when i go in settings it says its a msi prestige 15 a11mot and i cant find anything about it online so i was curious if i coukd get any information if its the correct model name, it has a intel i7 and Iris XE graphics. Edit it also has a touchscreen and is a navy blue if that helps at all

considering about buying one msi new ai prestige laptop, power effiency is really important to me!

I'm a photographer and bought the $3,600 MSI Z-16 about two years ago. About one-year into owning it, the power button cracked in half. Three months ago, one of the cooling fans started making noise. Overheating and crashing followed. I called MSI for repair service and their reply was "We can look at it for $69, but don't support the keyboard replacement on such an old machine. I asked if they can recommend who is able to repair the PC. Their answer was "Do your own research". I was left feeling that it came with a giant F-U! DO NOT BUY ANY MSI LAPTOP!! BIG, EXPENSIVE MISTAKE! My bad, I trusted them😢

I have this laptop and yeah, Max 3 with battery saver, around 20 mins while gaming.

Fake advertisement, MSI laptop = worst battery life in history. Also worst support not helpful at all, avoid MSI at all cause.
