I agree, we were going to offer low but it was new on the market so my investor held off. They have dropped the price $10k already. If it’s still on the market in a month we may offer. It’s a super great location!

Sorry Ellie Bellie! I grew up one county south of Montgomery Co so have been coming to Clarksville my whole life and now live in the county. Your experience is not mine.. Is it Franklin? No. It's MUCH more affordable! It is also a military town, so as far as investment properties go it is a good place to own a home to rent out.
