@@lenny108 They are an instrumental surf rock band more in the mold of a modern Ventures. I think they are fine the way they are. The reverb is good without more distortion. Metallica is Metallica; The Surfrajettes are The Surfrajettes….🤷🏻‍♂️

@@that_thing_I_do I was at stage-right (audience-left) with my beer on that ledge beside the swinging ‘bar-door’ to the ‘backstage area’, but some asshole said , “Excuse me,” so I moved to let him pass, and he just stood there between me and my beer! It wasn’t worth getting into a heated argument and ruining my good mood, so I just let him be an asshole and carried on as best I could…🤷🏻‍♂️

@@adambrooks828 Weird that the creators of this art (comic-artist and film-director) are the slightly fictionalized main characters of this mainly autobiographical work. I think it works as art in both media.

I believe the first song is "Little By Little" and the second song is "Un Millón", both off the "CINEMA" album.

@@Im_straight-t4d This film is an unapologetic horror movie that uses some of the old tropes that are de rigeur for the genre, but Coralie Fargeat already did her rape revenge movie; It was called “Revenge”. This film is far beyond any of that, going Way ridiculously over-the-top with the extreme and sickeningly gross body-horror that out-Cronenbergs Cronenberg, but with even more of a sick-humour bent. Have you actually seen the film? Or are you just going by the obviously prurient sex-appeal of the genre trailer?

@CheekyBear-t4d "Revenge", which I also saw at TIFF's Midnight Madness at its World Premiere seven years ago, was a genre picture, like this one. It is meant to be entertaining to fans of the genre. It's not some boring political think-piece, and was not necessarily intended to say 'more than nothing' about rape or true love. Where did you come up with "true love"?🤔🤷🏻‍♂️ It's like criticizing "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" for not saying more about "true love"...

maybe watch the movie first before making comments based on a trailer
