Yesterday I dreamt about my granpa. Sadly he passed away the day I took my last exam to get my university degree. Grandpa, i promised you to show my diploma, but sadly you departed before i could keep my promise. Maybe if there is another life beyond, in a next life I'll keep my promise and we will talk about your memories as much as we used to. I miss you

this feels like one of those big fancy parties of some friend of your parents when it ends. everyone is going away, and you are just there, eating something, since you don't know almost anyone. this was very common to me as a kid, but now it rarely occurs. it's now a distant memory i have.

Coming back here after 3 years. I’m nearly 17 now. I used to listen to the first track all the time in my freshmen year, fall asleep to it, in the early mornings before school. I don’t know where all that time has gone.

This is the first time i ever fully listened to an album. Im not interested in music really let alone whole albums but this was different. I felt like i had to listen to it fully. I dont know what else to say.

Is this meant to be a Prequel to EATEOT? If it is,Then what does this represent? Stage 1? The "Normal" Stage that all Non-Dementia affected humans experiencing?
@mintymist_4 күн бұрын
this album is based on a 2010 study on how well people with alzheimers remembered music, and has practically nothing to do with eateot* * - except for the fact that eateot references aebbtw thoroughly in stage 3

As the fire crackled, and this album was playing, My wife walked into the lounge room after putting the little ones to sleep and said, “how are you feeling?” To which I replied… “I don’t know”

If Everywhere at the End of Time represents what it’s like to die from dementia, then this album represents what it’s like to die under more normal circumstances.

1) I find fascinating that this album gave me the same (or even more profound) thoughts when I'm alone and in silence. 2) The loops representing the memories and a desperate attempt to keep them on our mind, and that sometimes there are some breaks and noises that distort them. 3) How do you get this sound? What is the name of the musical pieces used on this Album?

I imagine myself in an empty black place just water on the ground and a cabaret girl take my hand, guide me somewhere telling me "the show will start" I enter a theater and a theatre piece start showing all I have been through and my deepest saddest hidden thoughts, can't escape it and the show never end, it start all over again
