If there is only one obstacle to who you are why does it take hours and hours and hours of explanation ad infinitum.Sureley it can't take forever to explain that one obsticle and if that's the only one that stands bettween you and who you really are then the rest is a waste of time

The best way to experience a teaching is from the teacher. The added layers of melodramatic music during her speaking detract from the inflections of her speech and add a false ominous tone to the higher message of truth. I dislike that aspect of this video very much.

@edhumm4 жыл бұрын
@@jenniferchristianson2496 Until this moment all we have taken as true is the voice in our head, our egoic mind, our thinking mind which asks all the questions, needs to understand and label the world, has a constant judgement and commentary of the world we see and those around us. Our senses feed us information, which we believe, about our environment and so these perceptions construct and form what we understand to be our world. This is what we now need to see and observe. What Mooji has offered us in this video is an opportunity to interrupt the thinking and perceiving mind and in that peace and stillness we can gain what some might call an awakening. This awakening is the becoming conscious to the awareness that there is a place where all of what we previously perceived can be let go of and with practice, we learn to rest in that space, for now let's call it the Mooji Room, and in there, there is an opportunity for us to find a new abiding truth. The egoic mind, the thinking mind does not like this and will do all that it can to disrupt this visit to the Mooji Room. It will come with many many thoughts and questions, violent arguments and physical irritations. See these arrive, but do not latch onto them, allow them to just be there, like passers by in the street. Try not to engage with them, just see them as what they are, let them go and return to the peace of the Mooji Room. This takes a lot of commitment, vigilance and willingness to choose for peace, again and again and again, in every instant in every moment. For some it can come easily, but for many of us it requires years of dedication and Work. The egoic mind will always have questions and thoughts and comments, see this and be happy that you see it, this is the beginning, but as often as you can in your day try to see the thoughts, the questions and the chatter in your head, pause, take a breath or two and return to the Mooji Room, it is always open and always awaiting you. Be still and listen to the Truth. Begin gently and with great compassion towards yourself, your are starting to learn a new skill, trying to undo years of social and environmental conditioning and it takes time, it took Mooji over ten years to let go and undo that which he thought he was. See the questioner and come to know that that is not who you are. By asking and talking we can often delay our awakening process, for it is only the egoic mind that wants to know, that feels victimised, that feels as though it is not being listened to, ignored; and this is true, this is what we are starting to do, not listen to the constant chattering voice in our heads. Talking and questioning is like ammunition for the ego. How can you put out the fire whilst fanning the flames? Ask yourself, do you want to understand or do you want Peace? There are many who have gone before you and all have experienced the same disquiet, take comfort in this and hold to the truth of that which you have found in the stillness of the Mooji Room. Mooji will often say, do not talk about this, just return, be still and marinate in the stillness. You are the Peace. If you feel you would like to read something else to try and help you to start moving past the protests of your mind, try this: www.sriramanamaharshi.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/who_am_I.pdf Love and Blessings

May I say few words.. i guess all we want is to end the long long chattering going on and on.. out there, around us, inside us , in our own mind, thoughts .. To look for another to chat, is our own cheating mind to keep us entangled in.. .. Please try again listening 9:00 Onward in same video here . Or even 13:30 Onward Just click on the timestamp 13:30 to go to that point onwards in video .

Why would I read nonsense Thats according to one person. I use this one becausr it helps me get into a relaxed state Mooji is a good pointer for me helps me find the source. Sometimes I use Papaji, Eckhart Tollie, Sadhguru, Alan Watts, Krishnamurti, Terrence Mckenna, Neville Goddard. It all depends. But I have to state that this specific lecture this specific guided meditation video works for me putting me into a state...which cant be talked about beyond words. It doesn’t make me want to join his “cult” his movement been listening to it for a couple of years and I can tell you that i dont need to watch out for anything m8. & perhaps youneed to revaluate your preconceived notions and take videos at face value and experience IT for yourself.

You mean telling the truth every time to everyone no matter what even if the truth will hurt hurt someone?
@privateerburrows6 жыл бұрын
Well, how do you define "hurt"? Wounding someone (forever?) just by saying some truth to them? Or is the concern about them not liking what we say; and maybe saying back to us something we were hoping not to hear? There's nothing that potentially hurts me more than to realize that what someone said to me the day before was a "white lie", as what that says is that the person believed me incapable of handling the truth. And if what the person avoided telling me was, itself, a misperception, then it is a double-insult, because by lying to me it makes it more difficult for me to answer the criticism; I have to 1) tell them what I think they thought but didn't tell me, 2) tell them why what they thought was wrong, and 3) tell them off for giving me a white lie instead of the truth... ?! White lies are EXTREMELY unfair and insulting and hurting.
@Ludifant5 жыл бұрын
It´s a very specific definition of truth she is talking about here. It is quite impossible to hurt somebody with that truth (if you believe that truth). It is however possible to hurt the ego (if you don´t). But in general, being true to what feels true inside, I guess, without getting righteous. And she does say this can lead to a lot of strife regardless.
@davidgreenman45643 жыл бұрын
No. That is absolutely not in any way what she is saying to do. We utilize diplomacy, self awareness, sensitivity and the simple basic fact of non-duality to communicat. We we don't do is use ego-fueled bs and the ego illusion to hurt any being. Ever. That is exactly and directly what she is saying. This is direct and clearly obvious.
