Agreed, I'm 54 .. I fell and ended up in wheelchair. Indent in Tibia bone. Started creatin, taurine and collagen peptides then trained with weights in my wheelchair everyday. I'm in better shape now then before I fell. I had to sit in my wheelchair 50 days ..10 days more in training with a physiotherapist .. I feel and look awesome. I eat meat everyday almost. Just do it. I'm talking 30 min per day excercise.. not more than that.

I use allulose but there are times it certainly does cause gastrointestinal issues, including diarrhea.

I did! Found a job as gardener ... Its a lot of heavy real world lifting and did not use the car to work. Used bicycle to and from work and chose longer trips. To get home. Herding, mackere, beansl and eggs for breakfast and with butter and cream. And cold potatoes, boiled vegetables, beans and more eggs gir lunch+++.... And no gluten. No more .... That day .... No cravings ... Nothing extra...... Goal was to get in shape...hashimoto..... Had never planned to lose weight. Just happened.

When I stopped eating eggs, peanuts & soy a la The Virgin Diet, it caused me HORRIBLE side effects. I need those nutrients for my brain and hormones. Nothing works like they do. I am allergic to coconut. It gets treated like 'nectar of the Gods' whereas soy is 'the spawn of Satan' but for me it is the other way around. I exercize all the time but it does not do what they say Ozempic does. If it did, people would not use Ozempic.

I heard most of the people who are invested in the fitness industry, such as fitness centers, traditional weight loss surgery centres, nutritionists, dieticians even supplement companies are promoting and funding anti semaglutide GLP-1 injections using fear and addressing false warnings to the public. This has cut a large client base and business since it's released. Is this possible?

You’re obviously an ectomorph, the body type that has trouble building muscle, making lifting heavy very necessary. However as a meso-endo I have the propensity to build muscle quickly leading to a bulkier look. I’ve tested this and lived it. It’s not the way I want to look because it’s so hard to fit clothes well…my leg muscles become disproportionate to my smaller waist/upper body - it’s not balanced and pants shopping sucks! Doing full body strength training without weights, but focusing on activating muscle through compound movements at a challenging rep count can also work to build strength. Lifting heavy works for some but not for all so I don’t think we should light-weight shame without understanding goals and body types. Telling all people to lift heavy is not great advice because most people have terrible form until they get a few months of training and learning their body… please don’t be another influencer that just gives everyone the same advice off the bat…our bodies are different from one another and respect should be given to where each is at in terms of their mind-body connection and to take things slowly, learn how to breathe, etc. No wonder so many people listen to random fitness advice and end up injured and worse off than better.

Amen! All lifting heavy got me was huge arms and constant DOMS. I’ve switched to body weight/ band training and am much happier. So sick of hearing women can’t bulk up. Some of us do! Were any of those studies you cited conducted on women, let alone menopausal women? Those studies are always done on men.

Fasting 16-20 hours, walking daily, and 3-4 strength training sessions a week works wonders! I’m 46 post menopause was lean before my menopause but then I started gaining weight so adding the fasting to keep my blood sugar stable was the magic element it was hard at first but I’d rather be hungry for a few hours and really enjoy nutritious meals when I break my fast than be uncomfortable with extra belly fat. Fasting also helps us to know what real hunger feels like it’s not a ticket to binge after we must be mindful and really listen, and know when to stop eating but it keeps hunger hormones in check. When we are fasting our body will turn to its favourite fule source first glycogen then fat and if we are incorporating weight baring exercise our body won’t burn away our muscles it’s only when we are in extreme calorie deficits and skip exercise that’s when we loose muscles it’s really not complicated ladies Thanks JJ 😊💐🙏
