how do you keep it from tilting at all - since even in the upright position and locked, it still moves back a bit ??

Missed the arm rests adjustments. One I have has 2.. One to adjust the arm rest height right under the arm rest pads and arm rest clearance locks are underneath the seat on each side where the arm rest attaches to the seat base.

Is there a reason why the seat seems to be tilted backwards slightly? From what I've read previously, I thought you needed to have a more forward tilt than backwards, or at least a neutral angle

The seat part on my chair is permanently tilted back. I guess i have to get a different chair. "Noble chairs" are no good.

Clockwise and counter clockwise is shown the opposite way around. Clockwise = Turn right. Counter = Turn left.
