There's a difference between autogynephilia/autoandrophilia, and body dysmorphia. Trans people have body dysmorphia, and should be treated appropriately. The people pushing LGBT stuff onto kids are more typically like autogynephiles/autoandrophiles. Pushing sexuality onto younger aged people is associated with a lot of this they/them Body type a/b stuff. It's part of a long term grooming process. The child transitioning stuff is still all part of that. There's a reason why European countries are banning chemically castrating children. It's not a reversible process. That's way farther than just allowing kids to be gay or whatever. We don't let kids get tattoos/piercings legally, because they can't consent to it. Transitioning is way more extreme than that. There's a strong association with Trans stuff and victimization of children. It's lowering all tolerance of anything LGBT. This is how society is sliding backwards into intolerance. Body type a/b stuff slightly contributes to that because it reminds people of current real world issues. There are predators who disguise themselves as Trans. That's the issue that's not being addressed. People need to be allowed to call out wolves in Sheep's clothing. People with body dysmorphia aren't the predators and are also being hurt by this. The backlash will get worse the more Trans is being used as a shield to protect dangerous people. No reasonable person wants this intolerance of good LGBT people, but that's what current events are encouraging. We need the freedom to disassociate the good from the bad.

I have to say that I strongly disagree with most of everything you said in this video. However, I have seen multiple videos of people who seemingly dont even play Runescape who made some quite downright hateful responses to this update. So I do want to say that while I think what you said is ungood, I do respect how you presented it relatively respectfully. I will just talk about one viewpoint you have that I disagree with instead of making a giant list. You mentioned LGBTQIA2S+ is about sex. While an adjacent topic to how people view sex and sex in the abstract, sexuality is not sexual. I think you can use the simple example of a straight married couple. They are just a couple with a guy and a gal in it. My mind doesnt go anywhere else if I hear about a straight couple. That descriptor of the couple isnt sexual in the slightest. I wont assume anything as to why your head jumps to actual sexual stuff when talking about queer folks sexuality, but I will say that it seems to be a double standard. This is a good update. It will make it easier for me to decide if someones a fucking weirdo right off the bat. I have no problem with how other people live their lives, but this shit does not belong in video games where the entire point is to play with people from all over the world without discrimination and judgement. So, having pronouns attached to your character immediately diminishes that idea.

It is an optional feature to help other people that doesnt hurt you at all. Does letting other people feel included hurt your feelings that badly? Basically suck it up, or maybe grow as a person and learn to be happy when other people finally get treated to the same level of respect youre literally so used to you that you've forgotten youre lucky to enjoy feeling like you arent being given special treatment. It is really cringe seeing this make believe nonsense appearing everywhere. First time I was exposed to it was in Baldurs Gate 3 and it confused the shit out of me. Not sure why the rest of us have to put up with these changes to pander to such a tiny minority or whiny babies. I don't just mean this change but all the ones before it, change to Recruitment Drive, Kingdom of Miscellanea, the frog random etc... There should just be a tick box on account creation for "baby mode" if you want to play with all these changes.

I really don't think these kinds of decisions are made to make more money though, especially when games are failing left and right for implementing this kind of woke garbage and several studios have had to shut down because they implemented this garbage in their game and it wasn't at all popular. its not illegal to misgender in general in canada, it's workplace discrimination, an employee knowingly misgendering someone in the workplace.
