Things never measure up, therefore contentment with godliness is great gain. The peace that comes with knowing that Jesus is all in all does comfort, Jesus Christ gives peace that the world can not give nor take away. Thank you pastor Al. demons, doctrines of demons and those who blindly, yet loyally, follow the devil are abundant. The 'Church' is so divided by doctrines of devils, yet Gods Word makes it so clear as to what these false teachings are. You mentioned the old ways of keeping things pure by having a chaperone go wherever a young girl and guy would be. We need the old ways back, the old paths that were and still are illuminated by the holiness of Gods Word. A young church and a church that has wondered from the way will never get back to its first love (Jesus) unless Words of correction and rebuke are heard. And even then the delusion is so strong that they won't return. Even so, come Lord Jesus. God help us. (Jeremiah 6:16 KJV) "Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein."
