A kitchen in the middle of the parlour floor is impractical. The setup is great for the garden level and allows for a formal parlour on the main level. Imagine last minute prep for a party and guests walk right into the "chaos".

Inaccurate historical facts!! Goddess Artemis belonged to the Greek Pantheon. He avoided saying it. They denounce what ever is Greek. He actually said: goddess of the ancient world.
